Over the past years, I have immersed myself in the dynamic and ever-evolving realm of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design.

My journey has led me through diverse industries, from medical assurance to a multinational e-commerce giant and an online banking app.

Paw Sitters app

Cat boarding and pet shop

Task: Design an application for Paw Sitters that integrates lodging services and a storefront, allowing users to register, add their cats, book services, and enjoy a personalized feline experience.

What I did: I created an optimized iOS app with a visually pleasing feline-themed interface and clear, intuitive navigation for seamless service reservations.

Enhancing user onboarding experience and interface

Task: Redesign the onboarding process and home screen of the mobile app to reduce user abandonment during the onboarding phase.

What I did: By conducting user-center design research, I identified pain points and iteratively redesigned the onboarding process. Applying visual design principles, I revamped the home screen to provide immediate value and enhance user engagement.

Enhancing UX/UI 

Task: Redesign the User Experience and User Interface for AtomChat's Advisor Management Module. Specifically, address issues related to the saturation of information on the advisor dashboard.

What I did: I refined filters designed to optimize the advisor dashboard's visual presentation. This involved a meticulous redesign to prevent information overload, ensuring a more streamlined and user-friendly experience for advisors interacting with the platform

Banco Hipotecario

Online bank app

Task: Create a clean online banking, inwhich the user has absolute control of creating and editing the app to their liking, shortcut lists, favorites, new lists and prioritize the information according to their needs.

What I did: I design a friendly app, full of auxiliary visual resources, understandable and intuitive, with recent ux practices and fresh microinteractions.

Marketplace Drugstore

Revolutionizing accessibility

Task: Design an integrated ecommerce platform for a marketplace drugstore within the Siman.com website.

What I did: As the project's designer, I developed a user-friendly interface that seamlessly incorporated the marketplace, facilitating multiple vendors to showcase and sell their medicines effectively.

Microsite

Marketplace Siman.com

Task: Create a microsite to inform small business about Marketplace inside Siman.com, they have the opportunity to sell their stuff.

What I did: I had to design a microsite in which I had to include all the information the small bussiness needs in order to get into Marketplace Siman.

Clubes Siman

For the event club redesign from Siman.com, I was asked for an innovative design that containing the necessary Club information accessible to users interested in organizing their event with siman clubs.

The information was reorganized, a new login was created with the necessary inputs, in addition to a new homepage, the get to know us section, and a new FAQ section was created. Within the view of the user profile that carries out your events, i created the option of being able to add an itinerary of activities was added, which you can add details of the activity and add activities, in case you need them prior to your event.

Prismamoda.com

It was my task to create the redesign for this business that was recently digitalizing and growing its technology team, for which I designed a new home page for Prismamoda, as well as its library of initial components, definition of colors and fonts.

 

I used a design that had elements and a trendy styles, representing fashion and the concept it sells. Also as a necessary part to create a reliable image to generate more sales traffic.

​Bluemeds contact form

Form flow and UI Stacks states

I designed the contact form flow for the Bluemeds website, ensuring a user-friendly experience. The form captures necessary information for direct communication with Bluemeds, and alternative contact options are also available.
